Aim of workshop: To arrive at the definition of major research challenges that can be used for adaptation of existing projects in Q-PorkChains or development of new (pilot) projects.
Presentations of ongoing work, research plans and research challenges will be given from four different modules of Q-PorkChains: Module II (farming systems), Module IV (pork chains), Module V (quality measurement) and Module A (industry pilots).
The chain perspective will be starting point in the discussion.
