Open conference “Improving quality of pork for the consumer"
We would like to welcome you to the 1st international meat week from the 17th to 20th of November, where actors from research and meat economy will get together in order to exchange the latest results and developments out of the area "management and technology in the meat production". Our visitors will be provided with interesting lectures considering a balanced mixture out of practice and science.
The meat week is organized by the FoodNetCenter of the University of Bonn and GIQS. We would very much appreciate if you decide to make a note of this event. Presentations of research and the potential for industry will be given from researchers and important stakeholders of European pork chains.
