Models are the building blocks of science. The partners in Module VI provide access to models with the objective: "To develop prediction models for pork quality, safety and animal welfare as a consequence of the production systems".

The models from scientific papers or reports predict output attributes "y" as a function of input factors "x". If more than one model is found, a Meta Analysis is done to make a synthesis of the models.

The modelling is an ungoing process, but the goal is to make the models available for the end users, so they can download models as statements for the R or SAS statistical programs - or - in special cases - as programs.
