Within Q-PorkChains several surveys was conducted in the area of teaching and training as a part of the decision making process for the 10 learning resources.

The decision making process for the 10 learning resources that will be developed by Q-PorkChains has been based on the following activities. Two surveys, one for industry and one for higher education was launched and circulated to a large number of industry and higher education representatives.

A reference group consisting of representatives from the Q-PorkChains modules was established. A workshop was arranged in autumn 2007 in connection to the annual General Assembly meeting with WP B.1 members and the reference group with the aim to evaluate the results of the surveys. Based on the discussions the topics for the 10 E-Learning resources was decided.
