Meat Week, November 2009
The 1st international meat week took place between the 17th and 20th of November 2009 in Bonn.
Actors from research and meat economy got together at the meat week in Bonn. The objective was to exchange the latest results and developments out of the area "management and technology in the meat production". The meat week offered interesting lectures considering a balanced mixture out of practice and science.
The meat week was organized by the FoodNetCenter of the University of Bonn and GIQS.
